A master’s degree programme is an ideal option for professional development, as you can learn the skills and knowledge that will aid in increasing your employability in leadership positions.
At the University of Lincoln, we offer flexible postgraduate degrees in a range of business management specialisms. Taught through a global lens, by studying with us you’ll be equipped for success in international business positions.
What is a flexible master’s degree at Lincoln?
Our flexible postgraduate degrees are taught part-time and entirely online. By studying in this way, learners have the ability to continue working full-time. You could apply what you learn to your current role, building on your career progression while you study.
Our online courses are taught through a tailored virtual learning environment, allowing you to access your study materials whenever and wherever you want. This kind of flexible learning enables you to fit your master’s programme around your life, rather than the other way around.

What are the benefits of studying a flexible master’s degree?
By studying a flexible online programme, you’re able to gain a degree with a QS 5-Star UK university and benefit from our industry links wherever you are in the world, without needing to relocate or commute to campus.
If you opt to continue working while you study, you’ll also be able to apply what you learn to your real-world experience, developing the practical skills that are highly sought-after amongst employers.
What study mode is right for me?
When you study online, your degree course content doesn’t vary from the on-campus programme. In both cases, you’ll receive exceptional teaching quality and the knowledge you gain is the same.
Studying online is a slightly different student experience to studying on-campus. When you study on-campus, you have face-to-face time with peers and professors and are more able to soak up the culture of the university. You will still have time to connect with peers and professors when you study online, via forums, discussion boards, and virtual tutorials.
How will I study?
When you study our online MBA or one of our online MSc Management degrees, your learning experience is flexible. You have the freedom to make your studies work for you.
All course content will be available through an online learning environment and is accessible on any electronic device, from anywhere, at any time. This means you can work through your degree whenever and wherever you want.
You’ll be able to connect with your peers virtually, and will have access to our global alumni network of over 100,000 graduates in varied professions, growing your global network while you study.
What support will I receive?
All of our degrees are created with student support at their core, enabling you to feel connected to the university throughout your studies.
Al cohorts have their own Online Learning Facilitator who runs a weekly discussion board for you to connect with your peers and tutor, and will support your learning and give feedback on your assignments. You are also able to contact them for one-to-one support throughout the duration of your degree if extra support is needed.
In addition, for your final project you will be assigned further support via a dedicated Supervisor.
